Effective May 1, Osceola Downtown Branch Monday-Friday hours will be: Drive-up: 8:00am-1:00pm; 2:00pm-5:30pm. Lobby: 9:00am-1:00pm; 2:00pm-4:00pm. On Saturdays, Osceola Jeffreys Dr., Lamoni & Winterset drive-up hours will be 9:00am-12:00pm.
